Fragrance Intern (Nov 2024 - April 2025)

MAIN PURPOSE
As part of the South East Asia & Oceania Regional Business Development Team, in the role of Fragrance Intern, you will be in charge of the Fragrance category’s development in line with the Maison’ strategy. Reporting to the SEAO Fragrance Senior Manager, you will work with the SEAO Fragrance Executive on daily sales, marketing and operations to reach commercial success.
KEY MISSIONS:
Sales & Operations:
- Monthly reports - Collect, consolidate, report and analyze sales performance and KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, rankings, market share);
- Liaise with Boutiques, Retail partners & Supply Operations team on timely monthly sell-in & deliveries
- Coordinate and implement commercial action plans to drive sales (rostering, incentives, events, animations, local actions);
- Collaborate with Learning & Development team in organising training sessions
Business Development:
- Assist to prepare business review and meeting materials;
- Market research on new projects
Marketing & Communication:
- Define, propose and implement the trade marketing action plan for each market and location to better address clients’ needs and achieve commercial efficiency: assortment optimization, pricing, animation plans;
- Work in close collaboration with central fragrance marketing team on product launches, Visual Merchandising, price related issues, animations guidelines etc.;
- Liaise with Central team on marketing tools & assets;
Visibility & Image:
- Ensure the Maison’s image is always respected and protected inside each Boutique and POS (impeccable environment, visibility, staff grooming, Visual Merchandising displays etc.) and take corrective actions as necessary following regular market visits;
- Achieve and increase brand visibility at store level by securing the best instore visibility (permanent display and promotions) and by ensuring proper Visual Merchandising displays the Boutiques and POS;
Administration:
- Raise PO and invoices
- Handle local fragrance registrations
- Account creations

- Strong communication & organisational skills with a team spirit mindset

- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- General understanding of luxury retail and/or past relevant work experience
