MISSION

This role will have the key responsibility to support the Events Project Manager(s) for all events taking place in Singapore, Malaysia, and ASEAN from conception to execution

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product-related events to include ‘Pop Ups’ / Exhibitions
• Retail Partners programming
• Boutique Animation programming
• Ad hoc Press Events
• Vendor sourcing, liaison
• Preparation of events proposal decks
• SAP Management to include PO creation / vendor creation / invoice processing etc.
• Storeroom and Warehouse inventory management

YOUR PROFILE

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Creative, meticulous, proactive, and resourceful
• Organized and attentive to details
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player with strong collaborative spirit
• Highly motivated, strong ability to multi-task projects concurrently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
