HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

• Through strong leadership you will communicate, federate and energize the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the Maison.
• You will optimize and maximize boutique performance (incl. commercial KPIs, Client excellence, Operations and Profitability) 
• As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will build direct contact with VIPs and ensures a unique and high professional client service within the boutique 
• You will recruit, train, manage and develop boutique teams towards an optimal & resilient Boutique organization.
• You will guide & oversee retail transformation programs and accompany smooth continuous improvements implementation.
• You will ensure all brand and Maison policies, procedures and guidelines are respected 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

• You possess a sound management and luxury retail experience 
• You are people and results oriented, service focused and have strong analytical skills 
• You are fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus to manage communication and relationship with diverse clientbase 
• You have strong cultural awareness and understanding of local clientele
