Join us NOW as our Creative Visual Merchandising Manager/Senior Manager for SEA




  • You will be an ambassador of the Maison and must ensure the consistency, quality and excellence of the Visual Merchandising for the above-mentioned markets in both networks (boutique and watch specialists), following international and regional guidelines by:
  •  Acting as a proactive force in enhancing the Maison Image & developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising as a way to improve client experience & drive sales
  • Adapting international guidelines and defining the most relevant local actions
  • Developing special animations & displays for specific occasions, pop-ups, events in collaboration with Marketing, Events and commercial teams
  • Contributing to briefs to agencies with new creative proposals and mood boards to make Cartier VM stand out in the network
  • Working on creative proposals adapted to the given spaces by using dedicated 2D/3D software
  • Proposing ideas to elevate the clients’ experiences in all touchpoints
  • Elaborating and sharing reports with Cartier SEA teams and HQ
  • Participating in the choice of iconography and decorative objects (openings and renovations) in collaboration with HQ and SDP team (Store, Design & Planning)


  • You will play an instrumental role to manage all visual merchandising activities and coordinate within Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and ASEAN Markets for all VM implementations and operations by:
  • Defining and implementing new launches animations, seasonal & annual themes, in line with the 360-activation plan and in collaboration with Retail, Marketing and Supply chain teams
  • Visiting physically and virtually boutiques given a pre-defined monthly agenda
  • Implementing dynamic store zoning in collaboration with Retail, Marketing and Supply chain teams
  • Forecasting VM needs on new launches animations, seasonal & annual themes and collaborating with supply chain department for orders and deliveries
  • Establishing partnership with key vendors and following up on the execution; creating new vendors when needed
  • Following up on the invoicing


  • You will share the VM strategy and plans with retail and watch specialists’ teams by:
  • Developing VM trainings on a regular basis to strengthen boutique VM expertise and elevate VM standards
  • Animating VM ambassador’s community


  • You will manage the VM budget and update VM and Marketing Directors on a regular basis. You will also manage the PLV stock for the network to limit drastically PLV destruction.




  • You are experienced in Visual Merchandising activities, at least 7 years and preferably from retail industry
  • You are resourceful, pro-active and able to take initiatives, while being able to understand the Maison vision, guidelines and  directions from HQ
  • You are open-minded, curious, creative with a disciplined mind
  • You have strong knowledges of Photoshop & Illustrator & other graphic design software to provide realistic rendering
  • You are proficient in both Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are skilled at collaboration and convincing stakeholders, someone come with a positive mindset and ‘can do’ attitude to work as a team
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • You will travel regularly to visit boutiques and retail partners
