HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 
 
Under the guidance and support from Retail Director and Regional High Jewelry (HJ) Manager, the High Jewelry Community Manager’s main goal is to develop the HJ Sales Community by training and developing the HJ sales force, providing commercial support, as well as achieving his/her own sales target, therefore maximizing the overall HJ sales for SEA markets.

 

 1. HJ SALES TALENT DEVELOPMENT
•    Build, animate and develop the local HJ community in collaboration with inter-departments (including best practice sharing and brainstorming)
•    Propose a specific and personalized development program for each of HJ sales expert, set and review individual targets 
•    Identify potential HJ sales experts and develop their future HJ career path

 

2. COMMERCIAL SUPPORT
•    Support HJ Sales experts and collaborate with them to secure the development of their clients’ portfolio 
•    Support the preparation of private viewings (assisting in closing the deals if required)
•    Support to identify potential HJ clients in both internal and external boutiques
•    Support HJ sales teams throughout the year with product knowledge on the collections, creations in stock and novelties
•    Provide guidance to the sales team in regards to special order

 

3. INDIVIDUAL CLIENT PORTFOLIO
•    Meet individual HJ sales targets, both quantitative and qualitative 
•    Implement and follow-up of action plans per existing client


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

•    Good communication and inter-personal skills
•    Interested in human nature and willing to coach/nurture team
•    Ability to provide constructive feedback, measure and assess HJ sales’ potential and development needs 
•    Ability to generate suggestions for improving work and develop innovative approaches and ideas
•    Experienced in HJ sales, strong business acumen with great sensitivity to clients’ needs & aspirations
•    Team player with strong collaborative spirit 
•    Pro-active approach to tasks and ability to manage several projects simultaneously and timely
•    Fluent in English and Chinese
