  • You will support the management of strategic & transformation projects for the Region, and be actively involved in the subsequent implementation, by:
    • Organizing project kick-offs, workshops, animating project SteerCos, tracking and driving project progress
    • Facilitating projects’ communication with stakeholders as well as broader internal communication to staff strategic projects including Digital Transformation and other Cartier Regional projects (e.g. CSR initiatives)
  • You will support the regional yearly strategic plan formation, drive regional content and coordinate market deliverables
  • You will take charge of Regional sales reporting, sales forecasts and support local markets (i.e. SG/MY/ASEAN) compilation, meanwhile optimize reporting content and efficiency.
  • You will gather sources of business insights on the macro environment and the luxury market (e.g. luxury consumption trends and client insights, competitors’ landscape), from both regional and local market perspectives.
  • You will provide market insights and analysis through research materials and literature gathered, both bought and publicly available, in support of the Region’s business development.
  • Youi will drive effective sales data and information sharing across transversal functions, involving template creation/ enhancement as well.
  • You will assist in the preparation of presentation and meeting materials for projects and adhoc reports/analysis in support of business needs.
  • You will master the use of Power BI in the generation of reports and business insights.
  • You will co-ordinate with different functional teams and market teams that jointly shape key business initiatives, in the meantime work closely with the Regional Strategic Project Senior Manager.




  • You have 3 to 5 years’ experience in strategy, business and/or brand management
  • You have deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with solid analytical skills
  • You are with able to work pro-actively & autonomously; and possess good organization, communication and project management skills;
  • You are a team player with a strong ability to collaborate; and your team enjoy collaborating with you because of your positive mindset and ‘can do’ attitude;
  • You are flexible and able manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You are fluent in English, French/and Mandarin speaking is a plus
