The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and quality control throughout the full project development cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.


The Senior Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits.

Executes overall project management strategy and objectives

·Key responsibility 2
Directs and reviews all project plan and budget

·Key responsibility 3 
Provide essential information and guidance to the project team to enable them to direct and undertake the assigned projects

·Key responsibility 4 
   Fully understand our design concept and specification.  Capable to make design proposals

·Key Responsibility 5 
Inspects project process to ensure the timely and qualified delivery including mock up review, material sample submission etc.

·Key Responsibility 6
    Responsible on the Design stage liaison with HQ and local relevant party.  Review all design drawings to ensure all details are according to local codes as well as timeline

·Key Responsibility 7
Provide technical solutions / recommendation i.e. construction drawings, site elevation, space planning, fit out works and architectural matter

·Key responsibility 8
Selections of vendor / contractors to ensure all projects are met local legislatives requirement and manage in a cost effective manner

·Key responsibility 9
Interface with all relevant parties (regional office, local contractors, shopping malls and landlords) to ensure the project be executed according to the business plan.


-  Able to handle multiple projects with minimum supervision.
-  Good people and communication skills.
-  Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft project.
-  Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential.
-  Willing to travel extensively 
-  University degree
