MAIN PURPOSE

 

This position as an E-commerce Data Analyst within Cartier China will not only focus on reporting related works in EC team, but also provide insightful analysis on different projects by like UIUX, client online experience, client comments analysis etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key responsibility 1: Reporting

    1. Build and ensure data accuracy of monthly sales/traffic reports.
    2. Design and maintain EC BI dashboard base on DATALAKE to consolidate traffic, sales performance of all EC channel including TMALL, mini program, OFS etc.
    3. Collecting feedback from different stakeholders to improve the reporting quality, including optimizing logic, new KPI, new tracking point proposal etc.

Key responsibility 2: Analytics:

    1. Working closely with customer experience team on UIUX topics, create logical analyze structure and provide insightful findings to understand client journey online and support UIUX optimization.
    2. Understanding different tracking points on MiniP and OFS in GIO/GA, standardize KPI calculation.
    3. Working with digital team on data accuracy check in DATALAKE.
    1. Support campaigns by creating tracking codes based on different traffic sources.
    2. Working with EC operation team to provide data support on performance marketing analysis to optimize efficiency.
    3. Cooperate with internal and external partners on evaluating customer sentiment base on TMALL comments, helping CRC/operation team to deep dive/locate topics with issue, preparing the action plan and improving the client experience.
    4. Data support on personalization projects on TMALL, MiniP and OFS.
    5. Data support on TMALL client profile analysis and strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experience:

  • 4+ year working experience, ideally in Luxury/Cosmetics/FMCG industry, eCommerce related role would be better.
  • Fast-learner, rigorous, conscientious, organized, dynamic, proactive and team player.
  • Analyst skill, problem-solver, service and result oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a complex and multicultural environment.
  • Innovative, multi-tasking with good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
  • Strong computer skills with basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Past experience in Analytics required (any certification/any tool: e.g. Google Analytics / Growing IO for Beginner certification)
  • SEO, SEA and SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiar with TMALL analytical tools like Strategy Center, Databank will be better.
