MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting to the Strategic Transformations Vice President, Cartier China, the purpose of this position is to work on various CSR initiatives such as going green, advancing DE&I & philanthropic topics, therefore positively impact our community and beyond. These changes can lead to stronger branding, enhanced reputation, and increased loyalty, as well as increasing the potential of attracting quality talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Oversee the creation and implementation of Cartier China’s CSR objectives

 

  • Assisting Cartier China in developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies
  • Working on the Maison’s branding strategies with the related departments to further develop the brand equity
  • Reaching out to the public via PR and marketing to deliver the message of the company’s commitment to social responsibility
  • Using internal communication to reinforce the company’s social responsibility policies within Cartier employees
  • Attracting new talent

QUALIFICATION:

 

Experiences:

  • A career in corporate social responsibility at a senior level is required. Significant management experience in various fields is preferred.
  • bachelor degree and above, such as a Master of Public Administration. Educational backgrounds can vary, with common degrees being in government, communication, business management or environmental science.
  • Have a solid minimum 6-8 years’ experience in administration or CSR
  • Considered as an expert within the field and are sued to work in an international environment
  • Known for analytical skills, ability to set and articulate a strategic vision, driven by results while being both client and service orient
