Maintenance Assistant Manager

MAIN PURPOSE
As the maintenance assistant manager, you will lead the maintenance department and responsible for managing all installation, repair and upkeep the qualities of our retail/wholesale stores. Your duties will include planning repair activities, developing maintenance procedures and frequent on site visit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key responsibility 1
Developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance strategy and ensure implementation
- Key responsibility 2
Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation/reviews for spare parts inventory
- Key responsibility 3
Conduct regular inspections of the boutiques to detect and resolve problems.
- Key responsibility 4
Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
- Key responsibility 5
Close follow up and liaison with Retail, Specialists and Boutiques staff to ensure all repair works done in a timely manner.
- Key responsibility 6
Support the project team and / or other function on some minor enhancement work.
- Key responsibility 7
Monitor, follow up, keep track on the capex spending. Prepare costs summaries detail maintenance analysis report every two months.

REQUIREMENTS
Experiences:
- 4-5 years of experience in retail maintenance management.
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required
- Excellent communication, accounting and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Willing to travel extensively
- University degree
