MAIN PURPOSE

 

The Business Development and Legal Administrator works on business development initiatives. The role assists Business Development Director in various aspects to from BD & Legal data/document archiving, daily administration and cross functional coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Key responsibility 1 –BD & Legal data/document archiving

  1. Centralize management of all contracts, leases and other legal documents; coordination of contracts/leases renew for BTQ/WS POS projects.
  2. Work closely with finance team and regional legal department on lease agreement follow up.
  3. Ensure that all leases are properly delivered within the timeframe specified by brand SOP.
  4. Maintain lease summary database that includes all internal & external department lease info.

Key responsibility 2 –BD & Legal daily administration

  1. Keep tracking of all lease contract of Cartier China Network
  2. Schedule new project legal documentation process; monitor the renewal status to ensure all lease documents renew before expired.
  3. Prepare and coordinate all information needed for headquarter validation.
  4. Responsible for contract chop process and follow up filing arrangement with Group CEO office.

Key responsibility 3 –Cross functional coordination

  1. Coordinate Business License application procedure with Regional Legal Department.
  2. Coordinate BD department affairs with maison exhibition/ event/ annual dinner and internal gifting/ courier service arrangement.  
  3. Support BD director to business trip itinerary, expense application and ad hoc tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experience:

  1. Bachelor degree or above
  2. 3 years working experience in retail industry/real estate industry/legal firm/personal assistant job
  3. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel &PPT
  4. Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English. 
  5. Good execution, ability to learn, communication, detailed driven.
  6. Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
