MAIN PURPOSE

 

Support Cartier National Retail Operations Associate Director to manage the implementations and operations of different systems, apps and other digital solutions in the boutiques.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Key Responsibility 1Retail Gemini Project Management

 

  • Work together with National Retail Operations Associate Director to facilitate the change management into the daily operations in the boutiques via Gemini system.
  • Involve the Key Users within the boutiques to be part of the business transformation projects such as communication, training, and feedback collection.
  • Coordinate the work of the key-users to allow the formalization of the new procedures, the preparation of the seasonal system updates and ensure the follow-up of the tests.
  • Organize and support the Key Users to prepare the cutover process and new BTQ opening related system training.
  • Represent the Retail Department to ensure that all the strategic points and operational needs from retail side are considered and communicated to Gemini stakeholders from other departments.  
  • Close cooperation with Business Transformation team, Business Risk Management team and IT Department to prepare the change management or define the modification of the Template GEMINI.

 

  1. Key Responsibility 2 – New Business Transformation Project Expert

 

  • Be responsible for the implementation and follow-up of all system related projects in the boutiques.
  • Be the technical expert and “translate” the technical language to retail language to support an efficient roll-out of various systems.
  • Understand the business specificities, pain points and field flows, and provide full project support to the internal collaborators from other departments.

 

  1. Key Responsibility 3 – National Retail Event Support

 

  • Support all Retail Department internal events as assigned by the manager.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Passionate for retail operation and project management.
  • Efficient written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong planning, multitasking and project management skills.
  • Proven commitment to achieving highest standards of work quality.
  • Proficient at MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Attentive to details and good sense of aesthetic.
  • A good team player.
  • Experienced in luxury retail business is preferred.
  • Skills in digital applications & tools is a plus.
