MAIN PURPOSE

 

The High Jewellery Executive is an important role in the HJ team who will assist the High Jewellery Client Manager to deliver good results in Events, Talents, High Jewellery sales results and other paper works, etc. In order to provide more matured support for all internal departments and external business partners communication to further develop. And to achieve the final goal of High Jewellery Sales Target in China.

 

The main purpose of the High Jewellery Executive is to support the High Jewellery Client Manager on multiple aspects of the running of the HJ business in different parts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key responsibility 1 – China HJ events co-ordinate
  • Support HJ Client manager on all HJ event related work, such as consolidation of all retail region’s request, internal communication with Regional HJ team, Event team, CRM team, and other related partis.
  • Preparation of client validation, PV schedule, sales report, on-site cooperation with Event team, etc.

  • Key responsibility 2 – HJ Platform and FJ events support
  • Clearly understand the standard of the Maison, the needs and expectation of the different events.
  • Support HJ Platform events and BTQ FJ events for site-check, rundown arrangement, briefing to staff, etc.

  • Key responsibility 3 – HE Client CRM / Concierge agency monitoring
  • Assist HJ Client Manager to monitor HJ concierge service in regions and in BTQs to have higher level service for China HJ Clients.
  • Assist on HE Client CRM programs with CRM team and Retail Regions.

  • Key responsibility 4 – HJ Team related documentation
  • Regular Maintenance of HJ team related documentation, such as events and training Calendar update
  • Regular Meeting preparation, such as RHJ monthly Meeting, FJ Test weekly update with HQ, etc.
  • HJFJ Content sorting and filing in different share folder to specific audience.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experiences:

  • The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of relevant experience in an Event/PR agency or in-house PR/Marketing/Event Department.
  • Good at using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint. Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Possess a sense of urgency, strong problem-solving skill and a great attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and remain flexible and energetic.
  • Commercial thinking to all facts is a plus.
