MAIN PURPOSE

The mission of the Executive is to understand company strategy so to support e-com business and Client Relation Center team to ensure Cartier delivering best in class service to its final clients.

Key responsibility:

  • Familiar with Tmall related system’s operation and proactively study the Tmall tools & news such as 码栈, 店小蜜, 千牛售后服务 etc. and share with the team.
  • Well know company systems, coordinate with ECOM team on campaign operation plan and communicate with CRC team
  • Extract and establish regular report for Tmall business and make analysis
  • To furnish CRC information regularly, analyze the reports, adjust the working plan and dig out new opportunities according to the market to reach target effectively.
  • Co-work with Ali KEY team on 小二纠纷 cases
  • Proactively monitor competitors, other industries, and different external platform’s best practices/trends/initiatives to continuously improve our creativity and competitive advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Bachelor degree +
  • At least 5 years’ experience in ecommerce with Tmall experience is a must
  • Skillful in excel & ppt, strong data analysis skill with excel pivot table, formula etc.,
  • Maturity, positive, agility and ability to adapt, customer oriented, self-motivated, result oriented, quick learner, sense of responsibility
  • Swift react, excellent communication and negotiation in tough situation skills , problem solving skills
  • Fluency in English
