Assist teams to monitor regional stores’ visual merchandising quality, through on-site adjustment, guideline implementation and Pop-in display, to keep up a high standard and globalized store image in China central & South region.



  • Key responsibility 1

>  Control regional stores’ VM quality:

  • Visit and control regional stores and provide on-site training bi-monthly.
  • Assist team to handle VM relevant matters by region, e.g., PLV orders, sales accessories orders.
  • Supervise the daily display of the related stores according to team’s instruction.
  • Provide feedback to commercial & boutique managers to make improvements in a timely manner.
  • Support store opening display and provide the on-site training for store staffs.
  • Provide the store visit report on monthly basis for better tracking & following up in future.


  • Key responsibility 2

PLV ordering & HQ theme Implementation

  • Assist team to prepare shop opening PLV and visual merchandising set up.
  • Liaise with Commercial operation team to ensure sufficient PLV stocks and material in regional stores.
  • Assist to implement & optimize VM institutional/seasonal animation in boutiques and specialist by region.
  • Assist to liaise with relevant parties on animation installation and delivery schedule.  (Local supplier, commercial, marketing, PR dept. etc.)


  • Key responsibility 3

>  On-site support event setup

  • Provide on-site display for marketing event.
  • Maintain a good filing system and stock storage system, to ensure all project materials are properly kept with clear and easy tracking, VM News, sample board, mock-up photos, and completion report.
  • Liaise with local contractor to follow up the inspection issues.
  • Consolidate completion photos and submit VM Report to team leader.




  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience, previously experience in luxury industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, art and design related majors, strong design sense.
  • Pro-active, detail-oriented and with strong ownership of work
  • Computer literacy
  • Fluent English, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
