Project Coordinator

MAIN PURPOSE

To be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of boutique/wholesale projects as well as maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1

• Assist the maintenance team, where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project's administration.

Key responsibility 2

• In-charge of all project payment procedure and monitor the budget with related department / external parties. Set up payment follow up chart with details & review with Assistant Project Manager in weekly basis.

Key responsibility 3

• Follow up on maintenance issues to ensure the quality standard remains after boutique opens.

Key responsibility 4

• Monitor on-going production/Mock-up aligned with time line, and tracking closely with centralized materials production and transport schedule.

Key responsibility 5

• Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables.

Key responsibility 6

• File all project documents (hard and soft copies) & set up a project database.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

• Familiar with luxury industry
• Lean work attitude, multitasker and good communicator
• University degree or above
• Be capable to handle multiple tasks
• Be skillful in written and speaking in English
• Expert in excel, ppt, outlook
• 1-3 year in related field preferable

• Geographical area under responsibility: China
• Budget under responsibility: Related to Project and / or Maintenance Budget
• Number Point of Sales: Retail: at least 35 nos. / Wholesale: at least 55 nos.
