MAIN PURPOSE

To further enhance the key function of learning and development for the continuous growth in Cartier China, this role will be responsible for the development and implementation of all leadership development activities, cross-department learning programs and support commercial specific courses in Cartier China. This role will also have the functional responsibility of retail training function to drive the learning programs for BTQ population. The job holder shall lead the team to fulfil business requirements with high quality in a cost-effective way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key responsibility 1 – Define Strategy of Learning & Development
  • Under the guidance of HQ, define Cartier China L&D strategies to evaluate, analyze and prioritize organizational development needs and define local implementation plans.
  • Develop training strategies for employees by analyzing training needs &solutions and evaluating the implementation so as to ensure alignment with the strategic direction and relevant ROI.
  • Drive leadership and talent development programs according to OD needs, and support business excellence.
  • Enable employees with core competencies and skills to reach their full career and professional potential by providing standard and customized programs for different target groups.

 

  • Key responsibility 2 –  Operations and Administration Excellence
  • Be responsible for annual L&D budget in Cartier China.
  • Work closely with HQ, RRA and HRBPs to develop and manage the succession planning with focusing on building strengths and new competencies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Monitor to have a smooth daily implementation and seek to reach administration excellence.
  • Escalate digital capability in training programs, develop and manage digital content and engagement strategies. Build and manage e-learning systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs. Collect the feedback and revert to the management team; Liaison with and evaluate external training vendors, facilitators and professional coaches to provide suitable solutions to target groups according to Cartier’s standard and expectations.

  • Key responsibility 3 – Employer Branding and other projects
  • Support and implement the employer branding strategy under the HQ framework to enhance the employer branding presence in the market.
  • Collaborate across HR functions to drive the employer branding initiatives such as University Engagement and other related projects.
  • Create ongoing and innovative engagement programs to continuously evolve the employer branding.

  • Key responsibility 4 – Team Management
  • Manage L&D teams to build up team capacity to embrace new challenges from the market, and ensure a high-level delivery quality.
  • Collect feedback from internal customers / relevant contacts for a comprehensive observation to ensure continuous excellence in L&D consulting and training courses and ensure the image of Cartier China.

QUALIFICATION:

  • 10+ years’ experiences in learning and development role including 5-year senior managerial experiences.
  • Excellent in both oral and written English
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning & project management skill
