POSITION MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Employee life-cycle management
  • On-Boarding Process Management: including prepare all material/documents to new staff, and get signed off documents back, build up P-file for new staff
  • Work with HRBP for contract renewal process
  • Work with SAP project holder for regular headcount reporting and any related to staff movement reporting.
  • Exit process coordination on handover, documents filing Personnel data filing
  • Follow personnel filing procedure and archive improvement project.

 

  • Payroll and benefits
  • Consolidate and verify monthly payroll change data
  • Work closely with external benefit vendor, be sensitive to spot the issue in benefit operation, dig-out and understand the root cause to enhance result accuracy and drive process stabilization.
  • Answer employees/HRBP’s queries in payroll/benefit related area. Summarize and present knowledge sharing documents to employees/HRBP on new payroll/benefit policies per needs
  • Back up the payroll & Benefit services for Assistant C&B manager

 

  • Employee master data maintenance
  • Timely and accurately update employee master data in SAP system and update the relevant report based on HR process

 

  • HR Administration
  • Any HR administration support assigned by line manager or management team.
  • Prepare all related working certificate upon staff/company request.
  • Support the HR process standardization and continuous improvement
  • Check and review the attendance records for all boutique staff
  • Assist with other projects as requested.

 

 

QUALIFICATION

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Over 2-3 years HR related working experience
  • An experience in retailing or relevant industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal qualities, including problem solving, influencing, negotiating, facilitating and strong partnership skills.
