JOB TITLE        HJ Executive  

REPORTING TO    HJ Director  

LOCATION        Shanghai, China

 

MAIN PURPOSE

In the context of the Cartier HJ strategy, as executive, is to support HJ director and the HJ team to develop customer loyalty and business to with wealthy local and influential socialites in China market. To provide a full scope of daily administrative and operation supports to the HJ Director, and the HJ Manager if applicable. Assist the High Jewelry and retail team to coordinate the commercial events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Key responsibility 1 –HJ department administration support

-    Organizing the Meetings by booking the meeting room, preparing the meeting topics and generating the meeting minutes.
-    Collaborating with the training team to organize the proper trainings for the colleagues according to business need. Consolidating the nomination list, arrange the accommodation & transportation, and aligning the corresponding expenses with the training team.
-    Coordinating the BTQ visits for HJ director, Monitor & control the T&E claims of department members, comparing with the yearly budget
-    Assistant to HJ Director, handle personal itinerary/imbursement, any assignments requested
-    Keep the systematic filing of the important documents.
-    Assisting with the staff purchase as per requests.
-    Be the major contact window for all Retail reginal level meetings
-    Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

    Key responsibility 2 – Sales reports

-    Monthly-HJ sales Report sharing
-    Tracking the Sales Performance of the key Boutiques on weekly basis.
-    Collecting the information and compiling the monthly Competitor Report.

    Key responsibility 3 – Assistance of the HJ team operations 
-    Checking & tracking the team expense reports, 
-    Personal travel reimbursement, team member trip requests, PO settlement

    Key responsibility 4 – Event support
-    Supporting the BTQ HJ activity and animation.
-    Coordinating with other departments for HJ related event preparation.
-    Assisting to arrange the accommodation & transportation, or the pick-up for customers

    Key responsibility 5 – Customer relationship management
-    Collecting the requests and applying for HJ customized gifts if applicable.
-    Tracking the HJ clients’ budget.
-    Updating potential HJ client list for team members.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
•    Bachelor graduate and above
Experience:
•    Above 3 years related working experience
Critical Job Related Functional Competencies:
•    Familiar with SAP system
•    Have a good command of Excel and Power Point
•    Being well-organized and detail-oriented
•    Good team player
•    Fluent in oral & written English
Additional Requirements:
•    Experience in retail/luxury industry is must
