E - Commerce Executive

MAIN PURPOSE

This position as an eCommerce Executive within Cartier China is a multi-role position that will consist mainly in planning and supporting new key projects in the scope of Cartier China eCommerce needs.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Key responsibility 1 – Key projects:
  • Help translate eCommerce needs into clear business processes/requirements for the launch of new functionalities. Review and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Plan deployment by coordinating all the different central/local teams through the different implementation cycles.
  • Test the full integration of new functionalities with eCommerce systems.
  • Ensure reliability and performance of eCommerce systems.
  • Assist in deployment of fixes and upgrades planned.

  • Key responsibility 2 – Client relation systems:
  • Follow implementation of new client feedback systems, including live-chat and survey platforms.
  • Monitor eCommerce client feedbacks to identify which system upgrades/changes would help improving online user experience and plan quick actions to solve issues faced by online customers.

  • Key responsibility 3 – E - Commerce Operations:
  • Plan and follow new product launches on eCommerce channels.
  • Manage eCommerce related material, PLV, printing etc. including logistics, stock and so on.
  • Manage service providers and processed PO (purchase orders).
  • Assisting in deployment and maintenance of new Boutique listing platform.

Innovative, multi-tasking with good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.

Ability to work in a complex and multicultural environment.

Strong computer skills with basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.

 

PROFILE

2+ year working experience, ideally in eCommerce or in the Luxury Industry.

Fast-learner, rigorous, conscientious, organized, dynamic, proactive and team player.

Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English (French is a plus).
