REPORTING TO Assistant CRM Manager

LOCATION  Shanghai, China

 

MAIN PURPOSE
This position will be highly involved in Maison’s digital experience and services implementation, coordinating widely with central and local teams.

 

It requires deep understanding of the innovative and digital trends of China today, especially the new retail, WeChat ecosystem, new technologies, and being able to transform the knowledge into the business application. Skillful project management and interpersonal communication will be a must to succeed the job.

 

The jobholder will also assist in loyalty programs, client understanding and analysis, as well as other strategic projects with a strong engagement.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key responsibility 1 – Digital projects management

- Manage and implement the strategic CRM digital application and projects, both online and offline.
-  Cross-functionally coordinate with internal / external, local / global teams to ensure the high quality and timely project delivery.
- Manage the project roll-out to boutiques with on-site training and remote support, leveraging all internal / external resources
- Track and analyze the project results, provide valuable insights of enhancements.
- Deeply understand the digital trends of today and transform the knowledge into the business application.
 

  • Key responsibility 2 – Omni-channel client experience exploration

- Fully understand the client needs of an ultimate and seamless experience in the luxury world in China, and detect the opportunities to enhance the offers of the Maison.
- Work with retail, e-commerce, client service, IT and digital teams to develop and deploy the action plan according to Maison’s omni-channel strategy of seamless and consistent client experience throughout all touch points.
 

  • Key responsibility 3 – Digital trends and market monitoring

- Follow up closely the digital and industrial trend, provide monthly report of market research.
-  Build good relationship with digital pioneers in the market and explore the partnership with high-tech and start-up companies to meet the project needs.
 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience with luxury / fashion or luxury hotel industry
  • Minimum 2 critical project experience in WeChat / digital / CRM / Omni-channel related domains.
  • Strong planning, multitasking and project management skills.
  • Very good sense of aesthetic and brand image.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills.
  • Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, start-up, and multicultural environment.

 

Qualification and Competencies Request:

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), especially on Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in both written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
  • Skilled in media making tool (PS/AI/Sketch/Premiere etc.) is a plus.
  • PMP certification is a plus
