JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To manage, develop & implement full integrated communications plan for Cartier Jewelry & Seasonal (categories & projects subject to discussion and may change accordingly) across all Paid Own, Earn communications platforms
  • To develop and maintain relationship with media editors, bloggers. To develop, plan and execute on routine publicity & ePR work.
  • To manage Jewelry shooting and control quality

 

MAIN PURPOSE

Implement the global/local communications strategy by managing the placement, negotiation and execution of any given projects within Cartier Jewelry/Seasonal, across all media, including but not limited to Print, OOH, Digital, Social, ePR, garnering & implementing Press support.

Manage, coordinate & implement earned and paid PR shooting of jewelry category, control the quality and maximize the coverage, make the outcome in consist with the image of the Maison.

To define, optimize and manage each given project budget across all communications touchpoints, including paid media, ePR, local content production & adaption

Work closely with the HQ Communications & PR team, media agency, PR agency and social agency, internal marketing/content development/E-Commerce teams on strategy development, validation, and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Key responsibility 1 – Implement Media, Digital and Publicity strategies and action plans on given projects
    • Follow up and implement on given projects across all Paid, Own, Earned platforms. Including but not limited to Print, OOH, Digital, and Social, ePR, Publicity.
    • Liaise and validate all media plan, actions plans and creative layouts with HQ Communications team as well as media, PR/ePR & social agencies
    • Liaise and work closely with China content team to ensure consistence outputs of excellence in line with the project directions
    • Ensure quality and premium outputs in all campaign as per Cartier’s guidelines to maintain and enhance Cartier as the luxury reference
    • Responsible for overseeing given project performance, results & KPIs

 

  • Key responsibility 2 – Develop Publicity Plan & Implement Publicity Duties
    • Support line manager to develop media & publicity plan for jewelry categories, seasonal and given projects.
    • Maintain relationship with media editors, bloggers etc. Work with PR agency to update the database and manage birthday /seasonal/yearend treatments.
    • Work closely with PR agency to identify good editorial shooting opportunities and followup advertorial/coop shootings. Propose products and complete internal consignment & security process. Be on-site support to important shootings.
    • Manage added value/ advertorials follow ups & executions; free editorial pitch including digital /social platforms. Interview pitch and follow ups.
    • Press materials writeup/localization/proofreading; manage & quality control on coop ePR content directions and deliverables.
    • Media logistic arrangement for publicity activities and event related.

 

  • Key responsibility 3 – Agency Management (on given projects)
    • Manage PR agency/Media agency/Social agency/production house on daily executions and work flow efficiency
    • Manage PR & Media agency briefings, media selection, campaigns KPI, work flow, thirdparty tracking and maintain a constructive relationship

                                                                               

  • Key responsibility 4 – Billing & Administrative Duties
    • Handle vendor creation, contract, purchase orders and invoice processing
    • Working with the teams to ensure an updated record of spending in publicity.
    • Prepare monthly YTD review and quarterly LE updates

    • Strong functional line of reporting with Assistant Communication & Publicity Manager
    • Work closely with Corporate PR, product marketing, content development, commercial, merchandising and CRM & E-Commerce teams
