MAIN PURPOSE
Assist to optimize SOP for both Retail and Wholesale. Work with Richemont Supply Chain Compliance for product compliance related work. Frequent travel within China will be required, in order to assess/reinforce the operational and financial controls at both corporate and commercial levels.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Key responsibility 1 – Boutique/POS Operation Process Review
• Help draft and maintain Boutique/POS Operation Manual
• Make sure Boutique/POS follow up the Operation Manual
• Understand boutique compliance & operation procedure, optimize work flow and support boutiques when they have questions
• Prepare training PPT according to the latest Boutique Operation Manual
• Draft wording for new policy announcements


Key responsibility 2 – Boutique Product Compliance
• Get familiar with the quality standards of all kinds of products
• Assist to collect the relevant regulation
• On-site checking Boutique labeling and engraving information
• Monitor CITES cards in Boutique, make all compliance
• Ordering and distributing Product cards on Jew, watches, accessories
• Make sure BTQ products pass the government inspection


Key responsibility 3 – Boutique Audit Follow Up
• Consolidate all the audit findings, put them into categories for better tracking
• Follow up on the audit findings and give solutions or recommendations to boutique staffs


Key responsibility 4 – Boutique/POS Operation Check
• Visit retail boutiques/POS, perform Operation Checks (OC), complete related checklists, and give boutique/POS staffs on-site guidance. Prepare and revise the OC reports for boutiques/POS
• Need to monitor the work flow during the process and adjust work flow if necessary
• Investigate issues raised from boutique daily operations


Key responsibility 5- Reports Analysis
• Prepare analysis based on Daily Sales reports to facilitate the Boutique Operation Checks, mainly focused on exchanges and refunds, deposits and GWPs
• Prepare analysis according to specific requirements such as whistleblowing case, and other boutique issues investigation purpose


Key responsibility 6 – Support maison & group for special projects


Key responsibility 7 – Assist to Business Support Manager
•Assist to Business Support Manager for meeting arrangement, ITSM application, Documents filing and so on

-Liaise with: Boutique Mangers & Staff
-Work closely with: Marketing & Communications, SDP & VM, PR, external vendor, Group Finance, Group Supply Compliance
