Business Analyst

MAIN PURPOSE
This position is to assist the Retail Project manager to handle retail commission calculation, market trends and the competitor actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1 – Competitor and market trend tracking 

• Key competitor raw data collection and maintenance
• Competitor analysis by city and channel to support strategic plan

Key responsibility 2 – Commission & Incentive
Commission system maintenance

• BTQ mthly commission calculation
• BTQ staff performance analysis
• HJ commission calculation and tracking
• HJ BD sales tracking and commission proposal
• Special incentive: mechanism design and cost controlling 
• Follow HQ instruction to optimize the commission system, working with HR and finance team closely

Key responsibility 3 – BTQ headcount and productivity optimization

• Work with regions and HR on BTQ headcount control (Actual, LE, Budget) 
• BTQ productivity analysis and optimization
• BTQ profitability analysis and cost tracking 

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

• Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in Accounting, Finance, Economy or other relevant.

Experience:

• Above 5 years related working experience, special in accounting/ HR related in luxury market.

Critical Job Related Functional Competencies:

• Expert at data analysis by Microsoft Office, especially by Excel PivotTable.
• Strong analytical and report writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, good teamwork player.
• Fluent oral and written English (CET-6 or above)

Additional Requirements:

•  Experience in Business / Marketing analysis, research and consultancy
•  Experience in retail / luxury industry is preferred
