MAIN PURPOSE

 

This position as an Assistant E-commerce Marketing Manager within Cartier China is focus on eCormmerce contents marketing to set up plan and execute WeChat/Brand Site as well as Tmall public and private field operation which in line with eCom marketing strategies and business goal.

Also create the proposal for private operation for member club, which not only for recruitment, but also for loyalty maintenance.

To support e-com marketing campaigns and activities.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Key responsibility 1 – Contents Marketing of Tmall:
  • Establish Tmall contents marketing calendar including Weitao, Brand Hub monthly align with stakeholders.
  • Optimize and adjust contents marketing tactics timely during daily execution.
  • Arrange and optimize short video with MCN agency for Tmall content channel.
  • Deliver regular report to review performance and summarize good experiences and improvements
  • Operation for our members via private field activities to improve the performance of clients’ property.

  • Key responsibility 2 – Cartier PFS/OFS/Mini program
  • To assist on establishing activation plans based on marketing calendars and homepage plan to updated post or news for OFS
  • Coordinated mini program project in portal event part with Fuxing & MKT team
  • Make sure right and suitable products selected and listed on campaign page, PLP for exposure and landing.

  • Key responsibility 3 – Internal and external Communication:
  • Follow contents validation process with internal CN teams and HQ teams to make sure the launch of projects.
  • Well leveraged owned media resource to eCommerce channels and fit in user’s behavior in each platform with smart way
  • Communicate with TP and work on the details for daily operation.

  • Key responsibility 4 – Tmall Marketing IP/ Maison Campaign Supportive:
  • Support to maison campaigns, eCom campaigns from contents wise, as digital advertisement, MCN contents cooperation or livestreaming or product seeding marketing etc.
  • Support technical team for campaign technology innovation
  • Monitor key players in ecommerce channel and provide valuable info for marketing intelligence
  • Campaign report review support

QUALIFICATIONS

 

SKILLS

  • Must be proficient in Tmall eco-system.
  • Problem-solver, service and result oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Innovative, multi-tasking with good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex and multicultural environment.
  • Strong computer skills with basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint.

 

PROFILE

5+ year working experience, ideally in eCommerce, digital marketing or in the Luxury Industry.

Fast-learner, rigorous, conscientious, organized, dynamic, proactive and team player.

Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English (French is a plus).
