REPORTING TO  E-Commerce Manager

LOCATION   Shanghai


Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager has 4 major missions:
- Coordinate with marketing team implement marketing strategies via online channels to bring traffic and raise awareness of brand.
- Manage online campaigns and drive turnover with creative thinking.


 Key responsibility 1 : Online campaigns
- Work closely with marketing communication team and product team to develop and execute online marketing plan. Key deliverable will include marketing calendar management, campaign planning for mega events and investment strategy.
- Coordinate with all relevant departments to make online campaigns successful in all channels: official website, Wechat boutique, phone sales and other new channel such as Tmall.
- Drive agency or TP marketing team to prepare for the campaign and conduct campaign review.
- Work close with Tmall contact window to make sure our participant in all relevant Tmall campaigns and promotion

 Key responsibility 2 : Content production
- Work closely with online operation team and make the content plan according to any campaign calendar.
- Coordinate with content team to create the content required for online channel
- Manage agency to do page design and finish the validation process before the deadline.

 Key responsibility 3 : Content Marketing
- Work with internal team to do the content marketing in Ali Eco-system including Weitao, Brand Hub, broadcast, and etc., to help Brand to recruit new clients.

      Key responsibility 4 : Market intelligence
- Regular reporting market intelligence, including market trend, competitor activities, etc.
- Keep close monitoring of e-Com platform landscape changes, keep tracking shopper insights, and implications to e-Com marketing strategy

Min. 3-5-year experience in online marketing or digital team in an international environment
Experience in management is preferred.
