JOB TITLE    Senior Digital Project Manager 

REPORTING TO   Digital Associate Director

LOCATION    Shanghai, China

 

MAIN PURPOSE

The Digital Project Manager, as the internal digital product owner, oversees all tactical aspects of assigned projects, insures that business and client goals are achieved and the quality is maintained at high level over the lifetime of the project.

Deeply understanding of the unique client experience and digital landscape in Chinese luxury industry, with solid knowledge on client experience and marketing, digital application and approaches, this role should be able to integrate the advanced technical and digital initiatives in Maison’s ecosystem to achieve ultimate seamless client experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Key responsibility 1 – Digital project management
- Manage and implement the strategic CRM digital application and projects, both online and offline.
-  Cross-functionally coordinate with internal / external, local / global teams to ensure the high quality and timely project delivery.
- Manage the project roll-out to boutiques with on-site training and remote support, leveraging all internal / external resources
- Track and analyze the project results, provide valuable insights of enhancements.
- Deeply understand the digital trends of today and transform the knowledge into the business application.

 Key responsibility 2 – Business and technical expert
- Be responsible for the technical solution and follow up of the projects
- Be the technical expert to various aspects of the project, to key systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.), to major digital ecosystems (Tencent WeChat, Alibaba Tmall, etc.)
- With strong knowledge and skills in middle-back end system and applications, be the interlocutor with internal IT team and external partners, technical suppliers, etc.
-  Understand business specifications, pain points, and field flows, and provide full project support to the internal collaborators and cross departments

 Key responsibility 3 – Digital initiatives development
- Closely follow up the digital trends and technologies in China market
- Develop innovative conception and project ideas based on a good understanding of business and client needs
- Form business and technical solution, pilot the projects and prove the result, for further deployment
- lead the project team to achieve high quality and timely project delivery

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
 Bachelor degree or above
 Minimum 2 years working experience with luxury / fashion or luxury hotel industry
 Minimum 5 critical project experience in digital / CRM / Omni-channel or related domains.
 Tech savvy and geek, passionate in exploring all high tech and advanced practices
 Strong planning, multitasking and project management skills.
 Very good sense of aesthetic and brand image.
 Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills.
 Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, start-up, and multicultural environment.
 
Technical Requirements:
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), especially on Excel & PowerPoint.
 Skilled in both written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin
 Skilled in media making tool (PS/AI/Sketch/Premiere etc.) is a plus.
 PMP certification is a plus
