JOB TITLE    Culture Transformation Manager 
REPORTING TO   Cartier China Strategic Transformations Officer

MAIN PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to assist the Cartier China Strategic Transformations Officer to develop a culture and art platform in order to upgrade Cartier Maison image and grow brand equity in China.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Missions:

- Assist and provide aid in different art and culture projects such as Fondation Cartier, development of the Maison Artistic and Cultural engagements…

- Lead culture centers at flagships, coordinate production with marketing and communication teams, communication plan and opening events with culture centers managers to ensure the integrity of the project and maximize visibility towards audiences (clients, internal teams, luxury audiences…)

- In close relationship with HR internal communication team, marketing and communication team and commercial team to ensure the seamless communication of the art/culture related projects.

Day-to-day functions:

- Foster higher-level culture networking with global culture and art industry including: museums, exhibition centers and artists, national cultural institutions, art associations, media etc…  

- Conduct  project files, meeting handling with different departments, functions and external parties for project coordination and implementation

- Prepare monthly project reports.

- Assist to organize cultural and artistic training and discovery sessions for internal commercial team in order to share the cultural engagement of the Maison and connect Cartier teams with local cultural networks.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master/Bachelor degree or equivalent


Required experience and competencies:
- 7 years above of related PR / MKT experience in luxury or art industry
- Fluent in English, French is added value
- Excellent computer proficiency with  MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High flexibility and independent working style
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, detailed, result-oriented
- Self-motivated, team-working spirit, pro-active, co-operative, reliable
