[Cartier] Watches Supply Chain Manager

Purpose of the position:
Under the direct supervision of the Operation Director, the Watches Supply Chain Manager overlooks at the full scope of operation and supply chain, related to Watches and Leather strap categories.
In his/her role, the Manager ensures that supply, allocation decisions, stock targets and operational flows are in line with company direction. As a playing manager, the Manager will need the agility to constantly switch between hands on topics, and helicopter view supervision.
In his/her team, the Manager will gather all activities from demand, supply and distribution planning, together with execution functions and for all our 4 networks: Retail, watches specialist, Duty-free and ecom.
Thank to his/her strong analytics skills, as well as his/her expertise of the business & product category, the Manager will provide insights timely, and recommendations to both the Directors and other internal stakeholders.
Always keeping efficiency and optimization in mind, the Manager will lead innovation, change and continuous improvement for Watches Supply Chain, but also to other departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibility 1 - Team management
- Provide leadership to engage and guide the team to achieve key performance objectives through teamwork and streamlined processes
- Inspire and empower an organization by leveraging its creative culture while introducing and embedding relevant new tools, to improve the overall efficiency, and maximize the time allocated to value added tasks.
Key Responsibility 2 - Supply & Demand Planning
- Provide leadership & direction to Supply & demand planner: forecasting, distribution, and allocation of Watches & leather straps items. Scope includes Cartier retail boutiques, Duty free, Ecommerce and Specialist Retailer doors.
- Ensure team is meeting the changing needs of the Cartier customer: 360 monitoring from forecast to delivery to stock to sales, stock rebalancing, analysis & recommendations to reach optimum stock availability at the BTQ and POS level
- Supervise and decide on the activities on Demand Planning according to the objectives of product availability and stock targets defined. Size and monitor the different stock targets, at RDC, BTQ and POS level.
- Support S&D planner in sizing the sales forecast on product novelties, together with Marketing.
- Lead the sell-in estimation for wholesale, based on sell-out provided by each commercial team. Anticipate every impact supply decision can have on sell-in estimation (out of range buy-back, assort review).
Key Responsibility 3 – Distribution
- Lead Supply chain operation executive ensuring excellent service for internal & external clients. SC operation executive will be dually responsible for product availability inquiries as well as boutique policies and procedures for network.
- Supervise Boutiques stock needs evaluation
- Monitor stock returns, to have them executed in time, and in the most efficient way for the teams involved
Key Responsibility 4 - Project management
- Kick-off and implement new IT tools or promote continuous improvement methodologies on processes
- Develop local agility by working with HQ/Regional/Local counterpart.
Key Responsibility 5 - Animate and impulse Supply Chain agility to prepare the future
- Follow market trends and provides market intelligence related to Supply Chain capabilities.
- Anticipate the transformation triggered by an omnichannel strategy and digitalization
- Grow technical expertise and business acumen skills.
- Use and benefit widely insights from the data & digital solution team.
- Identify key team competencies, builds learning and development plans for the team.
Key Responsibility 6 - Reporting
- Design relevant reporting using latest technology available (Power BI, Google Looker)
- Proactively shares supply chain need in analytics reporting with data & digital solution team, to deepen the understanding of the business and its evolution
- Provide the right level of information’s to business partners to secure and anticipate stock constraints

YOUR PROFILE
10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain
3+ years’ experience of team management
Graduate from Engineer or Business school.
IT savvy
High Level on Excel (Power query), Power BI (DAX) are a plus
Fluent English, Korean & French are a plus
ERP experience, SAP experience a strong plus
Critical thinking and problem solving is required
Ability to work with complexity and support competing priorities. Identifies and communicates issues that may jeopardize Supply chain targets.
Time management and prioritization skills a must.
Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude, ability to plan and able to work under pressure
Strong analytical skills, business acumen and commercially driven
Team player with communicational skills
