MAIN PURPOSE

The VIP Program Assistant Manager will be responsible for building exceptional Cartier experience targeting across every segment of Cartier clients.  He/She ensures the utmost and unmissable VIP experiences aligned with the Maison’s strategic vision and enhances the level of client engagement through the singular codes with the excellence of the Maison, responsible for planning VIP Programs and assisting VIP Programs manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

VIP Experience Development

  • Lead and elevate the consistency of brand experience by seamless VIP experience journey at all commercial and branding touchpoints towards all segments of Cartier client.
  • Reinforce and optimize the brand strategy of gifting upon client analysis with detailed insights about the preferences & tastes of clients.
  • Constantly investigate the top luxury market trends and competitor’s actions to offer useful insights and apply them in all actions related to VIP experience.
  • Assisting VIP Programs manager for all VIP experience plans & programs, budget & calendar management, and HQ communication in due course & time.
  • Review and analyze milestones(pre/during/post) and barometer of all VIP experience programs to improve quality.

 

VIP Program Execution (Local and International)

  • Anticipate demands upon a strategic business drive to be firstly supported by VIP experience actions then integrate consolidated proposal onto communication strategy for all local/international events.
  • Infuse business needs & perspectives from key stakeholders into VIP experience actions tactically.
  • Be attentive and open-minded to evolve continuously through constructive exchanges with relevant teams such as, namely, retail operations, high-end business development, Art, Culture & Corp. Initiatives, and Maison Cheongdam boutique direction.
  • Communicate and engage tightly with all our boutiques including Maison Cheongdam for the improvement of all our client experience initiatives and bespoke treatment.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least +4 years related experience in luxury, hospitality, or client engagement works (CRM, CDM) in agency or in house.
  • Fluent in both Korean & English.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills under pressure and to do independently multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Initiative and positive attitude to draw favorable collaboration from colleagues & logical thinking to convince internal & external partners.
  • Client and service oriented.
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
