JOB TITLE                                               Training Project Manager

REPORTING TO                                      L&D Manager

MAIN PURPOSE

This position is responsible for ensuring all training related activities  to enhance SAs’ overall product knowledge and customer services based retail environment and monitoring closely SAs’ service and sales skill in order to meet the highest and qualitative service at the level of Brand equity.  

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1 : Planning Execution

  • Prepare all training programs & manuals by sharing information and training work, schedule with L&D manager.
  • Facilitated all the training based on brand’s philosophy and objectives such as basic, follow-up, new products, specialist and so far
  • Translated & reviewed education and boutique materials on time with accuracy
  • Supervise the making of language manual by sales part for oral tests of Sas once a year
  • Check the Sas' grooming and service attitude by making its evaluation chart on quarterly basis
  • Administer customer service quality of Sa’s
  • Assist the promotion activities prepared by L&D, marketing & sales parts

 

 

 

Key responsibility 2 : Training Material update

  • Regular Training Material
  • Training Manual Kit (1. watch 2. Jewelry  3. Accessories 4. History…)
  • High Jewelry Booklet, HH booklet…

 

 

Key responsibility 3 : Reporting, Assessment and Feedback

  • Reported to L&D Manager and assist (him or her) for all training related activities
  • Supervise and evaluate training reports from boutiques such as Field Kit
  • Training activites report, Arbeit report so far.
  • Quiz : King of Quiz – Jewelry and watch quiz once a year (for all staff)

/ Monthly Quiz – by boutique level

  • Score Card : Bi-annual boutique assessment chart

 

 

Key responsibility 4 : Communication

  • Co-work for special event
  • Execute the staff workshop

 

Key responsibility 5 : Professional Skill development

  • Development of Professional Knowledge
  • Improve the training skills

 

 

 

  

  

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • 10+ years of experience 
  • Deep knowledge about watchmaking
  • Training planning and execution experience
  • Communication skill with boutique
  • Luxury field experience in a plus
