JOB TITLE Store Visual Merchandising Manager
REPORTING TO Visual Experience Senior Manager
LOCATION Seoul, Korea
MAIN PURPOSE
Take crucial role in enhancing Cartier’s prestige, optimizing the client journey and driving business success through strategic visual storytelling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visual Merchandising Strategy Implementation: Adapt and execute Cartier’s global visual merchandising strategies to align with the Korean market, ensuring consistency across selected retail boutiques and all travel retail & specialist boutiques.
- Display and Presentation Management: Ensure the setup of in-store displays and window presentations are at the highest level to enhance customer engagement through frequent store visits.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives, collaborating with retail and marketing teams to optimize product assortment and presentation.
- Team Training and Development: Provide visual merchandising guidance and training to boutique staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices, fostering a cohesive brand image.
- Store project: Liaise with related teams for product display planning and store layout for BTQ/POS openings and instore events.
- Boutique atmosphere: Manage floral arrangements and supervise the quality at all boutiques with close communication with vendor. Plan and execute EOY animation set up for SIS BTQ/POS
- PLV management: Manage the whole process of instore generic PLV including order, stock forecast, distribution, transfer, MRP monitoring, recycling and local production.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in design, visual merchandising, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury retail sector
- Creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills, proactive with positive mindset, flexibility to work varied hours, and a willingness to travel to boutiques as needed.
- Skilled in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or other visual design tools.
- Fluency in English and Korean is essential.
