JOB TITLE                                                Cartier Wholesale Watch Account Manager

REPORTING TO                                      Cartier Specialist Director

LOCATION                                              Seoul Korea





Boost revenues and develop the business of Wholesale network in Korea and motivate sales team to perform according to their maximum capacity. Accelerate ‘Retailization’ within Cartier’s ecosystem at all touchpoints pursue ultimate brand equity.




  • Key responsibility 1

Sell-Out/ Sell-In Management

- Forecast sales (Quarterly/ Monthly/ Weekly) and update estimations

- Manage and evaluate each POS’ and individual KPI and achievement to maximize productivity and profitability

- Optimize efficient stock rotation by category level in each POS and plan the actions to maintain objectives

- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need of improvements in POS

- Follow up precious watch consignment and expand the business potentials

- Plan and oversee the execution of SOB (in-store event) in collaboration with related depts. to upgrade client experience and achieve highest ROI  



  • Key responsibility 2

POS Operation Management

- Formulate and execute various ‘Transformation Projects’ of Specialist team

- Guide and monitor high standards of POS operations, clientelling, and POS maintenance

- Organize and supervise operational process; sales transaction of EDI and Booster, POS inquiry, approval of exchange, return, discount and FOC according to the brand policy

- Hold initiatives in settlement of digitalization for Specialist team and POS



  • Key responsibility 3

Network development

- Lead and implement network strategy and planning throughout Specialist network; opening, expansion, renovation, relocation, closing, etc.

- Negotiate with landlords and partners regarding business development and POS operation

- Preparation of required reports related network planning cooperating with Store Development planning dept

- Operational preparation upon POS’ updated status

- Issue and manage the documentations such as partnership contracts, official letters to landlords, MOU, etc. to in compliance with legal dept

Partnership management

- Lead Cartier Ambassador profiling to encourage, coach and provide qualitative feedback to improve sales team engagement and drive strong performance

- Plan and execute annual sales conference aligned with Cartier’s Strategic Plan

- Hold various business meetings with partners and sales team
