MAIN PURPOSE

To be in charge of store design and planning project assisting Senior SDP Manager

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1. Retail & Travel retail Network project – Procurement order management

  • Order tracking for importing items
  • Collecting information for materials
  • Design requirement check through order process
  • Technical issue handling for importing& local items
  • Quality inspection check for importing items

 

2. Retail & Travel retail Network project – Back of house design management

  • BOH layout design and reviewing drawings
  • BOH conceptual architect communication and deliver feedback
  • BOH specification delivery
  • BOH opening inspection

 

3. Project cost processing

  • Purchase order for dedicated project
  • Financial order process follow up
  • Logistic arrangement for importing items
  • Payment status check& vendor communication regarding payment

 

4. Specialist Wholesale Network Project

  • Communication with Cartier international SDP +Local architect + Contractor+ Cartier Specialist
  • Design development with Central SDP regarding Cartier Guideline for specialist
  • Reviewing construction documents (drawings, reports, order forms, invoices, etc…)
  • Quality inspection regarding construction related materials
  • Controlling supplier quality and schedule to meet a project completion
  • Managing construction budget estimation and landing

 

5. BTQ Maintenance

  • Supervising BTQ maintenance work by managing local architects and contractors.
  • BTQ schedule arrangement
  • BTQ request communication
  • Managing report system & Documentation
  • Monthly report to Cartier HK for analysis
  • Managing special maintenance schedule and accomplishment 2 times in a year for each work within budget.
  • Managing imported materials distribution and replacement
  • Planning and overview of budget status

 

6. Support SDP Manager

  • Project brief to completion document preparation
  • Reference searching and documentation
  • Material sample preparation
  • Closing work arrangement
  • Partial renovation project schedule arrangement
  • Furniture asset inventory management in Logistic warehouse

 

 

REQUIRED SKILL :
 

  • Interior design or architectural professional with luxury hospitality & technical Knowledge
  • Organized planning skill for cost management
  • Schedule management skill in 360 perspectives of project
  • Communication accuracy& efficiency
  • People oriented partnership management skill
  • Client-oriented
