[Cartier] Retail Executive

MAIN PURPOSE
To provide consistent support to the Retail Operations and assist Retail Operations Manager and Area Managers for Retail network


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Assistance of Sales Management
- Analyse daily performance indicators and produce monthly and yearly dashboards
(e.g. Sales flash report, competitor report)
- Analyze BTQ and individual sales performance on monthly and yearly basis 
- Support Retail Operations Manager and Area Managers with all Retail sales reporting   
   requests

2.    Assistance of the BTQ Operations Management
- Support Retail Operations Manager and Area Managers related to overall boutique 
   operations 
- Monitor all guidelines are observed by boutiques
- Ensure boutique conditions to be maintained 
- Administrative preparation of the new staff on-board in the BTQ
- People counting machine and fingerprint reader management
- Staff anniversary check
- BTQ IT related issue management (including music and iPads/Corporate phone)
- BTQ cleaning service management
- Support Maison operation management
- Maison F&B management 

3.    Management of Uniforms
- Responsibility for ordering and dispatching staff uniforms and monitoring uniform stock levels
- Assist boutique network with size exchanges and issues

4.    Budget Control
- Control monthly boutique expense and coordinate with Richemont finance team
- Vendor and SAP PO management

5. Etc.
- Preparation of BTQ's renovation, opening and closing and follow up with internal and 
external parties
- Build the boutique feedback channel to regularly collect boutique operation needs
- BTQ amenities management
- Chinese proficiency certificates management
- Meeting arrangement

 

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail industry
- Bachelor’s Degree 
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- High attention to details with a solution-oriented approach
- Positive attitude and highly self-motivated team player
