MAIN PURPOSE

 

Public Relations and Creative Contents Manager for Cartier Korea is responsible for crafting and executing PR strategies and developing impactful content in alignment with Maison’s vision. This role focuses on elevating brand visibility, building strategic media relationships, driving talent endorsement, and leading brand storytelling across channels. The manager will oversee creative content development, manage PR coverage, and spearhead collaborations with key entertainment figures to amplify brand narrative and engagement.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

PR Strategy Development

  • Develop and lead PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and align with Maison’s ambitions.
  • Partner with HQ teams to ensure alignment and consistency in PR planning and execution.
  • Track and analyze PR KPIs, using insights to shape future campaigns and refine effectiveness.

 

 

Content Creation (media and owned channels)

  • Lead the ideation, development, and execution of high-quality content for editorials, and owned social media (Kakao Channel) that aligns with brand tone and storytelling objectives.
  • Manage the content production calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of assets that strengthen brand messaging across all channels, in close collaboration with media and e-comm teams.
  • Shape content strategies that amplify brand messaging and engage target audiences.

 

 

Media & Talent Relations  

  • Establish and deepen relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders to maximize brand reach.
  • Develop and execute press events, influencer partnerships, and creative collaborations that drive brand visibility and influence.
  • Craft press releases, briefing materials, and messaging that support product launches and key brand initiatives.
  • Guide talent engagement at brand events, talent-based content, including photoshoots.

 

 

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Lead analysis of PR & content performance through tools using insights to enhance strategy.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark brand position, identify opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver reports on PR achievements, content engagement, and talent endorsement. 

 

 

Creative Asset Management   

  • Oversee the development and distribution of creative assets for PR, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic messaging.
  • Ensure organization and validation of media clippings, press coverage, and social mentions for reporting and archiving purposes.  

 

 

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in PR, content creation, or brand communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a talent for storytelling and media engagement.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and driving team success.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and social listening tools; familiarity with Looker is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Korean, knowledge of French is a plus.
