[Cartier] High-end Business Product Marketing Manager

MAIN PURPOSE
To be in-charge of High-end Business sales and product management assisting HBD Director and co-operating with HBD Client manager for High–End business development and its solid growth. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.    High-End Sales Management : Commercial action plan execution

  • Weekly Sales estimation management and consolidating risk management 
  • Managing sales data & sales report for local commercial, region and HQ
  • Sales Analysis and its insight review at category, type, BTQ and SAs level
  • Recurring sales product follow up and portfolio management 
  • Special order management
  • Managing monthly sales incentive for both accrual and actual 
  • Price update with FX rate change / No list & Mark up  
  • Sales Scenario development and consolidation with SAs

 

2.    High-End Product Management

  • Korea stock allocation negotiation with the region / HQ 
  • Demand & Supply management by closely communicating with SA’s for their wish list, target and monitoring both daily & event assortment at the High-end BTQs
  • Frequently updating stock list and balancing the assortment within HE btqs 
  • Own stock/ Carnet – stock type management
  • Travel retail sell out monitoring every 6 months and consolidate its sell in/ return
  • Monitoring product inspection regularly and update handling guidance to BTQs
  • Following CS/ TC Repair order for specific needs
  • Launching information and product news to be updated for both BTQs and L/D
  • Co-operation with PR/Contents team for HE visibility enhancement
  • Manage High-end product related tools (i.e. certificate, coffret, box/pouches, Descriptions, Ipad, Plaza, Vitrine, Product news)

 

3.    High-End Data analysis and consolidation  

  • Consolidating BU/LE breakdown and forecasts based on analysis
  • Annual strategic plan preparation 
  • Monitor competitors activity, sales and market analysis
  • H-File and HB member sales and progress development 
  • Plaza & My High jewellery roll out and control
  • Group Project : 360º consolidation for developing Client-SA-Product profiling 
  • Gemini and SAP – soft landing for High-end business and operation
  • Sales report consolidation through PBI report utilization
  • Regional meeting & HB Seminar ppt preparation and consolidation
  • Closely working with L/D for product related training 
     

4.    Event co-operation and project management 

  • Product assortment negotiation and control for both local/ inter-regional event
  • Event stock product quality control at site 
  • Follow up the guideline & timeline for security / logistic flow 
  • Daily event sales result consolidation including potential list 
  • Wishlist build up and consolidation before event 
  • Preparing product list and relevant information for international HJ event
  • Plaza updates and follow up the event set up 
  • Display consolidation and co-operating with VM / Event team
     

REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • 8-15 years of relevant experience (e.g. merchandising, product marketing) in Luxury business 
  • Understanding of Luxury Jewellery and Watches and High-end business 
  • Strategic and Analytical thinking and data-oriented way of working
  • Organized and solid time management
  • Strong and Proactive communication skills
  • Co-operative and cross-functional team player
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent proficiency in both English and Korean 
  • PPT/Excel production skills
