HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
This position will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees driving HR initiatives, providing comprehensive HR supports and contributing to the achievement of Cartier Korea’s business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Partnering: Work closely with managers and employees of dedicated teams to understand business objectives and support organizational goals
- Performance Management: Provide guidance and support on performance management processes, including performance reviews, feedback, and development plans
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborate with the TA COE team to manage and lead recruitment processes to attract top talents. Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration of new hires.
- Talent Development: Evaluate internal talents and plan their development programs closely working with a L&D manager to enhance employee’s career development.
- Initiative Implementation: Lead and manage the local implementation of key initiatives from the Cartier HQ in Korea. Ensure that global strategies are effectively adapted to the local context and executed successfully.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in sizeable multi-national companies.
- Experience in managing HR projects and execution
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Fluent in English and Korean
