[Cartier] HE (High-end Business) Operation Executive

REPORTING TO            High-end Business Development Director


MAIN PURPOSE
Mainly responsible to assist HE client manager and product marketing manager and provide consistent support to the HE business operations for successful HE business plan execution and its sales development 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


1.    Responsible for sales management and analysis
-    Update sales performance and HE business activity to prepare internal and regional monthly meeting  
-    Support client manager and product marketing manager with all report related to HE business
-    In charge of support the development of HE IT Projects such as SAP, Plaza, NSI, salesforces and sales program to improve reporting and analysis of HE business
-    Sales report consolidation through PBI report utilization


2.    Assistance of HE Event and Client Program
-    Support the HE events both client and product preparation and monitor staff & client feedback with close co-work with boutique and related teams
-    Assist Maison Client Program (MCP) and update its activity result and feedback as well as preparation of MCP documentation co-working with Maison client executive
-    Investigate and research to develop Art of Cartier contents
-    Responsible for MCP onsite operation management 
-    Control the client gifting program and monitor gift stock list


3.    Assistance of Product operation
-    Support HE Product in & Out operation and closely working with logistics team 
-    Stock management through LGSM and NSI system 
-    Monitor daily stock movement through stock list 
-    Prepare stock training material and description upon BTQ’s need 
-    Plaza & My High jewerly roll out and control 
-    Responsible for various sales materials preparation upon the needs and all the sales tool: I-pad, corporate phone, sales accessory (i.e., certificate, boxes, description, etc.)


4.    Budget Operation
-    Control and monitor monthly boutique expense and HB cash & strap 
-    Vendor and SAP PO management 
-    Update monthly expense from boutique and HB team and budget summary 
-    Closely cooperate and communicate with relevant departments 


5.    Ad-hoc Tasks Support
-    Prepare HB Seminar and support its activity and training
-    Plan and organize the coach meeting and preparation documents (H file etc.) for coaches
-    HB members activity screening and set-up international and regional trainings and seminars


REQUIRED SKILL :
-    At least +1 year of relevant work experience (luxury industry preferred) 
-    Strong time management and organizational skills
-    Ability to manage multiple projects independently
-    Fluent in both Korean & English 
-    Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
-    Positive attitude with good communication skills & logical thinking 
-    Client & Service Oriented
-    Team player
