JOB TITLE Event Manager

REPORT TO Event & Client Experience Manager
Cartier Event Manager is responsible for developing creative & innovative event strategies and implementing effective & efficient event action plans. He or She is responsible for maintaining the leading position in event actions thru the singular codes with the excellence of the Maison. The role is also responsible for optimizing events for press and VIPs by local strategies following central guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Enhance event organizing agility & creativity
- Lead and elevate the consistency of all events with creative & innovative insights
- Sensitive tastemaker with a good understanding of the luxury market and art & culture
- Reinforce and optimize the brand strategy of the event upon deep analysis with detailed insights
- Keep generating new event plans to exceed press’ and VIPs’ expectation
- Lead agencies to propose & execute with a complete understanding of Maison’s excellence
- Constantly monitor competitors’ activities and market trends
- Review and analyze milestones(pre/during/post) and barometer of allocated events and discuss with management to improve quality
Efficient orchestration & leading skills
- Be responsible and Prioritize event plans & programs, calendar, and HQ communication in due course & time with a clear goal
- Work closely with relevant teams in local & central
- Communicate and engage tightly with all our boutiques including Maison Cheongdam for the improvement of all our event initiatives and bespoke event programs
- Plan, and propose to optimize the budget of Maison’s event
- Optimize event resources respecting good ROI
- Take care of event ROIs and share them with related members for more optimized planning for future
Develop the way of planning
- Prioritize annual event plan based on clear goal
- Manage event budget from the beginning, the quotations, to the end, the final invoices, in due course especially following the procurement policy of Richemont group
- Lead properly the external business partners to respect cost-savings in every and each single points of work with good quality
- Liaise closely and share plans and issues proactively with HQ in Paris

Professional requirement
- Strong time management and organizational skills under pressure
- Ability to manage conflictual complications maturely and to do independently multiple projects simultaneously
- University graduate
- Minimum 7~10 years related experience in luxury in-house or event agency
- Positive attitude to draw favourable collaboration from colleagues & logical thinking to convince internal & external partners
- Fluent in both Korean & English/ French a plus
- Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
