MAIN PURPOSE

Cartier event executive is responsible for building the utmost Cartier event and maintaining excellence under the name of Cartier. She/He will actively participate in developing, planning, and executing events and experience activations under the Marketing and communication & clients' strategic objectives. She/ he is expected to be meticulous, proactive in communication & teamwork, and multi-task manageable.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

EVENT & EXPEREINCE PLANNING AND ACTIVATION

 

  • Responsible for event planning, design, production, and overall execution including onsite operation
  • Prepare events’ 360 strategies with clear mission and understandings
  • Participate in developing sophisticated and unmissable experiences inside the event journey
  • Propose ideas to improve provided services and understand technical files to improve the event quality
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure everything adheres to the Cartier standards
  • Timely-mannered communication and flexibility with local agencies to deliver the guidelines and mission.
  • Proactively cooperate and communicate with internal functions; VIP Programs, Art & Culture, Marketing, CRM, VM, and Commercial (incl. boutiques)
  • Manage event stocks which include, gifts, event installations, objects, showcases and logistics
  • Support in budget management

 

PERFORMANCE AND ANALYSIS

 

  • Analyse and archive milestones (Planning, Execution and Wrap-up) of all event and experience activations to review further improvement (pros/cons) 
  • Monitor and research the market, target consumers and competitors to lead the trend and to benchmark

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • At least +5 year event related experience in luxury industry
  • Fluent in written & spoken in  Korean & English (French plus)
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-tasks in a time-pressured environment and dynamics
  • Clear communication and negotiation skills
