How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will lead and audit cllient experience through boutique observation, employee feedback and analysis of our client feedback surverys (CEB). From this, you will define and prioritize action plans to improve client experience such as queue management tools, processes, enhancement of personalization etc. Through interaction with stakeholders you will lead project execution with local office teams, boutique staff, international retail, SDP, VM and client teams. In your role you will define the Client Services strategy and roadmap, integrating local needs and specificities to ensure a client experience methodology is applied to improve all services. 

 

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English (Arabic is highly desireable) with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. Able and willing to travel to different boutiques around Saudi Arabia for business needs and to build strong relationships with the boutique teams through physical presence. You hold 5 - 7 years of previous work experience with luxury, retail, hospitality or FMCG with a strong exposure and experience working with clients and have a strong eye for detail. You're confident in service design, user experience for clients and have previous strategic experience in this area.
