VIP Experience Project Manager – CDI

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Reporting directly to the VIP Experience Manager, you will participate, develop, and coordinate the VIP experience strategy throughout the international events and in relation with the Markets. In this position, you will be operations-oriented, working transversally on different type of events, and willing to travel on the events worldwide, to ensure logistical aspects and support the team onsite.

Your main missions are the following :

 

  • You ensure the consistency of the VIP experiences in the Maison

You are in charge of developing bespoke experiences for a range of VIP guests such as VIP clients, key journalists and editors, celebrities, members of the Board, and other special guests. These experiences are expressing a key message about the Maison, highlighting a clear link between the internal assets and the interest of our guests.

  • Sourcing, brainstorming and in constant research about unexpected experiences
  • Leveraging internal assets, widening our contacts, looking for appropriate links based on a brief
  • Working closely with the International Events team, depending on special happenings
  • Keeping close collaboration with our markets for deploying the strategy
  • Building and following up on budget, global organization of agencies, communication with markets, internal departments, and specific contacts
  • Leading in site inspections

 

  • You coordinate the full guest journey on International Events (High Jewellery, Image, Corporate)

As part of your mission, you will be asked to select and implement the global organization of agencies which will manage all the details of the guests’ journeys, in direct contact with the markets: hospitality, transportation and logistics of the dinners, welcome packs, beauty.. etc. All those tailor-made services are essential to contribute to the best journey on our event.

Depending on the location of the event, you will also be supported by the Regional and local team, as key support on their fields.

 

In collaboration with the rest of the team, you will work to:

  • Set up and pilot the external providers to support the event in their key tasks
  • Prepare briefing, team organization, retro planning, and ensure budget reporting
  • Handle legal, administrative, and financial aspects linked to your projects
  • Coordinate the sharing of information with internal departments (High Jewelry, Press, CRM, Communication etc) and to the markets
  • Support the 15 main International markets and thorough the event
  • Participate to seminars and workshops on different thematic
  • Identify and elaborate the Cartier gifting offer, and Edition tools
  • Participate and coordinate the site inspection and live operations
  • Coordinate gala dinner preparations and operational support: logistics, guest lists, seating plan requirements etc

 

  • You follow competitor monitoring and participate to more long-term projects :

To constantly increase the efficiency of some missions, you will be asked to:

  • Analyze competitor activations in terms of VIP experiences, gifting, special services etc
  • Benchmark of the providers to help on building new VIP experience axis
  • Prepare debrief and present new development perspectives
  • Identify new digital tools, to be implemented on events to facilitate operational side
  • Coordinate the research with the Regional and local teams when needed
  • Participate to working sessions about the creation of a guest management tool

 

PROFILE

You have at least 3 years of experience as project manager, in an international context.

 

You are at ease with managing simultaneously complex short and long-term projects.

 

You are proactive, agile, client-oriented and solution-finder, with strong interpersonal skills, you know how to adapt to different stakeholders.

 

You are fluent in English (writing, speaking and presentation skills required).

 

You have already managed budgets.
