Media Project Manager Intern (M/F)

 

Full-time internship

Start of the internship:   January 2020

Duration:   6 months

Location of the internship: Paris 8th arrondissement

Remuneration:   up to €1400 gross per month (depending on the level of studies)

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

 

Within the Media team, you will participate in the implementation and monitoring of media campaigns on an international scale (PAN Plan). With the support of your manager, you will coordinate this activity with the various partners: media and creative agencies (TAG), support media, subsidiaries, marketing and communication department, e-services department. You will perform the following tasks:

 

  • ONLINE: MANAGING POSTING AND MONITORING OF CAMPAIGNS 
  • participation in the preparation of media briefs
  • TAG brief and follow-up on the delivery of the assets to the partners
  • preparation of all the elements necessary for posting online campaigns (tracking file, campaign name, etc.) for sending to the media agency
  • validation of preview links,
  • tracking and optimisation of campaigns with the agency
  • preparation and monitoring of campaign reports in collaboration with the media agency
  • reflection on the key points to remember for each campaign
     
  • OFFLINE: OFFLINE PLAN MANAGEMENT
  • TAG brief and follow-up on the delivery of the assets to the publishers
  • validation of press plans with your manager on a quarterly basis
  • managing archival of offline receipts
     
  • BUMBLEBEE
  • Updating visual references in the Bumblebee Media Tracker
  • Following up on updates made by the agency of the media plans using the software
     
  • OTHER
  • Organisation of team meetings
  • Management of appointments with inter plan partners and reports to update management

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

You are meticulous, have good analytical, deductive, project management and communication skills

 

You are also dynamic and responsive, have a team spirit, and want to discover the world of Jewellery.

 

Written and spoken fluency in the English language is indispensable.
