Learning Manager – Digital Projects (M / F)

 

 

As the Learning Manager Digital Projects of our Maison you will be an innovator in the learning space to create and manage custom experiences that meet the needs of our people. You will be part of the International Learning & Transformation team (based in Paris and Geneva) and support the Innovation & Community Manager in building and executing the digital learning strategy. Creation of learning modules and digital content is your day-to-day work. You work closely with the other team members on cultivating a culture of learning across the Maison.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  •  Development and implementation of digital learning solutions (interactive e-learnings, videos, virtual 3-D gaming and other digital learning tools) answering the needs and priorities of the Maison’s learning strategy.

     

  • As an expert, you act as an advisor for the markets in their choice for digital tools.

     

  • Partner with your L&D colleagues in the markets to understand their challenges and needs in order to have the global overview.

     

  • Recommend innovative learning solutions that support the digital transformation of the Maison.

     

  • Effectively managing multiple end-to-end Digital Learning initiatives.

     

  • Meet and build strong relationships with external agencies.

     

  • Ensure proper integration on the corporate LMS, including setup and testing.

     

  • Continuously identify relevant new features to improve efficiency and effectiveness of learning solutions through the use of technology and innovation

 

Profile

  • Higher education and at least 5 years of experience in technical project management
  • Thorough knowledge of LMS (Cornerstone and/or WBT would be a plus), SCORM /xAPI standards and Web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Proficiency in Excel and Articulate Storyline
  • Knowledge of learning methodologies for mobile tools
  • Customer oriented, result driven and team player
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Interest in storytelling and design
