Senior Visual Merchandising Project Manager

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Development of creative and functional in-store display materials (PLV) for Boutiques

Define the needed PLV supports
Manage projects in close collaboration with the purchasing team
Follow the display material process with the operations team

Development and management of Sales Accessories for Boutiques and Watch Specialists

- Define the needs in close collaboration with the retail teams
- Manage projects in close collaboration with procurement / buying department
- Assure a smooth worldwide implementation with needed support
- Keep a continuous improvement approach to constantly update/improve the functionality and design of the Display materials and sales accessories

Create display guidances to reassure the perfect application of the Visual Merchandising strategy

- Create generic and seasonal display guidances for the boutiques
- Suggest a dynamic and easy-to-read display approach
- Develop pedagogic tools to accompany the guidances (videos, booklets, games…)

Profile:

You have a 7 years’ experience in a similar environment.

You like to evolve in an international environment.

You can drive several projects at the same time.

You are structured and rigorous.

You have a creative mindset, an aesthetic eye and are product oriented.

You are interested in luxury and fashion markets/brands.

You have a good in communication and like to share your passion for VM

Design Software (photoshop, illustrator or indesign) basic knowledge is required.
