CDD - Visual Merchandising Training Project Manager

Main Responsibility

Reporting to the Head of VM Community & Training develop the Global Visual Merchandising Training program and facilitate the roll-out world-wide.

YOUR MISSION

• Design global VM training program in close collaboration with HQ VM Teams and L&D.
• Develop classroom and digital VM training modules.
• Roll-out and facilitate effective implementation of the visual merchandising trainings world-wide.
• Manage the delivery and quality of training programs including planning and coordinating training calendar, venues, and participants.
• Conduct and organize central VM trainings.
• Collect, monitor, and measure training KPIs (knowledge and skills retention, employee engagement and performance).
• Develop training videos for remote self-learning.
• Collaborate with L&D department on the feed of the e-learning platform and application.

PROFILE

• 5 years of experience in training and retail environment a must, experience in visual merchandising is a plus.
• Experience in developing trainings and pedagogic content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, oral and written.
• Strong team player that can manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Frequent travel required
• Fluent in English and French, another language would be an advantage.
