Learning & Development Project Manager

Cartier International (CDD - Temporary contract)

 

 

Main Mission

 

Under the responsibility of the International Leadership Development Senior Manager, the L&D Project Manager actively participates in promoting, adapting and implementing the Leadership & Management strategy in regards of the Business challenges & the Maison HR strategy.

 

 

Key Responsabiltities 

 

  1. Roll out & Follow up the Cartier Management Path

 

  • Coordinate local sessions with Markets & Entities
  • Organize the logistic and operational aspects of the program: follow up on the learning materials updates, keep updated on all materials within the Global Learning and Talent Community, etc.
  • Follow up on the Provider’s activities & inquires
  • Develop or adapt tools for new initiatives
  • Monitor, follow up, and analyze qualitative and quantitative KPIs
  • Budget & invoice follow up
  • Support the operational aspect of EXCO journeys organization: activate 360 & follow up, put in place coaching debriefs or other post-programs actions, follow up with faculties, programs, and tools, etc.
  • Facilitate communication strategy: promote and communicate the global catalogue offer to Markets & Entities, follow up and formalize local needs & priorities
  • Develop a communication kit for new Leadership Development initiatives
  • Organise Leadership roadshow 3 times a year

 

 

  1. Support the implementation of the new Leadership Format

 

  • Organize and coordinate Markets’ pilots: plan and follow meetings with markets & providers, coordinate interviews with stakeholders, prepare and update materials & communication, coordinate logistics and tools with local contacts, pilot and follow up on the budget, etc.
  • Follow up and analyze L&D relevant KPIs
  • Implement new digital formats by building and setting up digital inspirational learning sessions with regions
  • Digitalize and curate content & tool to reinforce leadership journeys within the LXP (MyLearning)
  • Update digital catalogue offer & prework on a regular basis
  • Research and build an international pool of schools and external facilitators
  • Benchmark competition and learning trends evolution
  • Research on Leadership’s megatrends

 

 

  1. Contribute to internalising strategic Leadership Programs

 

  • Support the new Leadership squad team
  • Organize Train the Trainer sessions and certification
  • Collect post-TTT feedback and fine-tune with the provider accordingly
  • Coordinate support materials
  • Participate in the roll out of Mentoring deployment: plan and follow meetings, develop tools & communication, follow progress with markets & regions, etc.

 

 

Your Profile

 

Insightful, highly result-focused and people agile, you are an HR/L&D top Talent with a Luxury/FMCG/Consulting background and at least 2 years of experience.
