Communication manager budget & local activations – CDI





Within the International Communication Direction of Cartier International, your main missions are the following :


  1. Communication budget management

You are in charge of preparing the 3-year communication budget. You define the annual budget, and must have a clear and holistic vision of it (how it is allocated and how it can evolve). You allocate the budget by entities, projects, disciplines. Your role is to challenge all teams to understand projects and allocate the  budget according to the Maison strategic vision. You follow-up all actions and projects to measure performance when possible.


You are responsible for the communication budget reportings:

  • Redesigning the whole reporting system with finance and all central teams
  • Preparing reportings for marketing and communication teams, finance and the Group
  • Creating and updating follow up tools
  • Preparing process for budget revision


  1. Activation of global communication campaign in markets

Along with your team, you orchestrate with markets the deployment of global communication campaigns locally and support them in the conception of their local initiatives.


You share best practices between markets, and handle the animation of a digital platform between markets and HQ marketing & communication stakeholders.



You manage a team of 3 people who work on budget management and market coordination.





You have around 8 years of experience as communication manager or senior project manager, in an international context.

You are very comfortable with figures and possess a strong budget mindset. Of course, you are able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and a long-term vision.

You know how to adapt to your different stakeholders and are able to exercice leadership and influence, and federate your diverse partners. You are agile and solution-oriented.

You have an excellent level of English (writing, speaking and presentation skills required).

You have a team management experience.
