International Strategic Planning and Coordination Project Manager – CDI





Working under the direction of the Creative Communications team, you will be a part of the International Strategic Planning team, with yourself as the key contact for your responsible markets’ communication teams. Guaranteeing the coherence and cohesiveness of our international creative strategy, you will support markets in the definition and realization of their local campaigns.


As the main contact for all creative communication topics, you develop and strengthen the relationships with your responsible affiliates both in the rollout of the International strategy and in the monitoring of the local plans and specific needs. You maintain a day-to-day discussion to anticipate and centralize the creative requests and drive current projects.  Multi-department synchronization and sharing are key to achieve your mission.


You support and assist in the production of local communication content from start to finish. You continuously bring a strategic way of thinking in the alignment of briefs, objectives, and in the definition of the best creative answers. You are responsible for the proper functioning of the development of creatives and their deliverables (timing, budget, and validation process). Ultimately, you are the guardian of the communication messages, always finding the best way to reinforce the brand image as well as comply with local requirements. For relevant markets, you oversee their social platforms content and copywriting strategy in close collaboration with HQ editorial team.


You keep up to speed with markets’ growing needs and challenges and demonstrate a creative problem-solving state of mind to continuously enhance ways of working. You edit and create guidelines as well as develop new tools for sharing. As key contact with markets, you identify local insights and opportunities to nurture HQ teams and strategy.





Coming from a background in Communications, Marketing or Business, you have around 5 years of experience in Creative Communication in an agency or in-house creative communication team.


You are considered as an expert within the field and are used to working in an international environment. Curious, you have a strong appreciation for artistic culture and understand the luxury industry.


Autonomous and organized, you are able to prioritize projects and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you are known for your professional rigor.


Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-conscious with a proactive attitude, you have strong verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building skills.


You have a high level of executional skills and a meticulous attention to detail, both aesthetically and organizationally.


You are fluent in English and in French. Any other language is a plus.
